Luisa Acosta is a higher education professional with a background in leadership development, professional training, community engagement, and educational outreach. Her work has centered on developing people, building partnerships, and expanding access to educational and professional opportunities. She holds a Master of Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, with research focused on women of color in leadership, mentorship, and navigating through imposter syndrome.

Jasna is a youth services professional with 13 years of experience working with at-risk youth in mental health and case management. Her career has centered on supporting juvenile justice-impacted young people — walking alongside them through some of their most critical moments and helping them build a path forward. She currently serves as Mentor Coordinator at, a Fresno-based nonprofit that creates pathways to success for youth in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. In this role, she oversees mentor relationships, supports youth development, and works to connect young people with the trusted adults and resources they need to thrive. Jasna is also completing her Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University, with a focus on program administration and organizational leadership.

Tamira Fitzjohn is a healthcare administration and Revenue Cycle Management professional with over 25 years of experience in financial operations, medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and administrative management. Her background includes improving operational efficiency, managing financial processes, and supporting healthcare organizations across various specialties. As Treasurer of GLOW, Tamira brings extensive financial and organizational expertise to support the nonprofit's fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability.
